Quantity: 4 Materials: Dried Apple, Steel Pins, Sequins. Dimensions: 1 3/4" x 2" x 3/4"
Why: While the old practice of creating changelings to substitute for human babies has been stopped, the art form of changeling cultivation lives on, though now only using apple fruits a base material for the magic (proper changelings require an elderberry). Since apples can never mature into full-grown changelings, they are of no danger to humans, but the changeling fetuses that result from this process are still produced by Pixies, almost as a form of bonsai, and are highly prized by collectors.
Details: These fetuses have been dried to preserve them and should not rot as long as they are kept dry. They have a wonderful leathery texture. |
